Straight line electric winch is a kind of device that mechanically drives a drum to wind wire rope to complete the traction work. Straight line electric winch consists of electric motor, coupling, brake, gearbox and drum, which are mounted together on the rack. Wire rope, electric control box, handle switch, hook, wireless remote control can be added as needed. It is generally used in construction engineering construction, lifting building materials, equipment, etc. and also for long-term lifting goods in mines, docks, bridges, warehouses, etc.

Feature&Advantage:
Silence straight line electric hoist is more integrated, simpler and easier to install than the traditional winch. Silence straight line electric winch uses an internal thrust brake; the motor working and braking are separated. When the motor stops working, the brake is immediately closed, which acts as a quick brake.
Using Precautions:
1. The wire rope should be wound into the winch from below of the drum to ensure the stability of the winch;
2. The wire rope on the drum cannot be completely discharged, and at least 3-4 turns are reserved to ensure the firmness of the wire rope fixed end;
3. As far as possible, the direction of the wire rope wound into the drum should be as perpendicular to the axis of the drum to ensure the symmetry of the winch force;
4. The minimum distance between the winch and the last guide wheel must not be less than 25 times the length of the drum.
Working principle of small electric winch:
Small winch is a light small lifting equipment which USES a coil winding wire rope or a chain to lift or draw heavy objects. It is composed of a motor, a driving mechanism and a coil or sprocket.The hoist can lift the weight vertically, horizontally or diagonally.Winch is divided into manual winch and electric winch two kinds, now with electric winch mainly.
The motor drives the steel wire rope drum through the reduction gear, and the steel wire rope is drawn and released, and the direction is changed by different pulleys.The main process requirements are drum speed, namely rope speed and the safety and reliability of the braking system.Hoist belongs to the relatively simple lifting or traction machinery.
